Pyncheon?

Last February I posted about Flappy (here). It was suggested that she was a Pyncheon. Today as I was watching the flock I decided to do some sleuthing as to what color eggs she would lay, when I saw that in the Pyncheon description it stated that they come in Mille Fleur and breeders are working towards Porcelain, which Flappy is neither. I also saw that the body shape and size of Flappy is much bigger than Bantam. She also lacked the crest as a chick that Pyncheon’s have.

I suppose all of this could be explained away as being hatchery stock.

She hatched in February.

She looks more like a Lakeshore Egger to me. But still considered a "Hatchery mutt"

Now, don’t get me wrong, I mean hatchery mutt with complete and total endearment .
