Q: A chicken-less duck

Thank you everyone for your replies, condolences, and advice.

Me and my boyfriend decided that yeah, it'd be best to go get some babies before the age gap is too large and Ally will have to be alone even longer.

So here we go, I'm really a duck lady now. hoo boy.


Until these guys get bigger we're going to keep ally inside at night, and some parts of the day.




Edit: Oh and I did check CL but unfortunately, being such a small town couldn't find anything. Got these guys from TSC.

@SovereignWolf Congratulations on the new additions. They are so precious. Keep us updated on how it all goes. Hopefully with your supervision soon Ally and these 2 littles will be best buds.

Ah yes... well two is better than one I suppose! we'll see if I'm able to resist getting bit by the bird bug...

They hang out with me A TON. I want them really really tame, not sure if they'll imprint on me (that'd be so cool) but anyways they're 4 days old and they're names are Pip and Puddles

And @SovereignWolf , I'm so sorry for the loss of your little chicken. Birds do grieve, and thank you for standing by your duck. Your babies are adorable too; I hope they hurry up and grow so that they can play with Ally! (Actually, ducklings are adorable and precious and grow up wayy too fast; treasure these ones

). Have you named them yet?
