Quail acting funny............

I have a white a&m quail. its acting very peculiar. It lays down, but cocks his head back like something is wrong with it, like it can only look up. when it flips over on its back it acts like its going crazy or something, but then flips back over and still has his eyes pointed towards the sky. Its been doing this for a few days.

It might be hurt from hitting the top of the cage.
