Quail and bantam breeds get along in same coop???

I just recently built a new coop for my daughters Millie Fleur Cochins that we just hatched in our incubator. I am waiting on 75 coturnix eggs to hatch also. I am wondering if i can mix these birds and quail in the same coop? Has anyone done this before? Thank you

Chickens carry disease that can kill quail so I wouldnt if it was me. Plus quail need higher protein feed to do as well as nature intended and their needs are a little different.
