Quail are FINALLY hatching on day 21!

Eggciting! I now understand why lots of people use incubators instead of stuffing eggs under a broody!!!! I can see two little heads but mum keeps pushing them back under her!!!! I so want see whats happening with the other four eggs. Sooooooooooooo FRUSTRATING

Well that would be better! It would also be better if she let me look instead of threating to rip my hand off when I get to close!! Ungrateful. I did get her the eggs!!! The least she could do is share.

Yes it looks like it's going great! They are coming right along. Every time that I check there are more pips and more chicks. I never knew hatching could be so fun.
