Quail ate lizard, lizard still chirping after 3hours

Hello, my sweetest male quail ate a baby lizard that found it's way into his cage. I can still hear the lizard chirping from within him after 3 hours. My quail squeezes his eyes shut and seems to be in pain (I'm not sure).

My question is, is my quail's life in danger? if so, what can I do for him? :'(
