Quail Bits

Do the plastic bits work as well as the metal ones?

Sure a metal bit in a quail doesn't look natural.......but those well feather birds sure do.


oh and no not peeper those are use to keep cock birds from fighting, can't see forward to fight.

Lot of talk about them not being natural,,,,,,,well a bird thats bald or penned in a small cage is not natural either.

So unless you can give them lots of room.........those bit can save you lots of birds.

My rule most don't have bits, but if pecking start then they get a bit,,,,,problem over.

How frustrating, there are a great many references to these bits, where can I get some. I don't need to read more about how wonderful they are, I just want to order multicolor plastic bits.
