Quail breeding pairs

I recently bought 30 bobwhite quail chicks. When I can tell the males from the females if I take a random male and female and put them together will they become a mated pair?

Maybe, maybe not...just depends on the birds personalities.
Personally, I wouldn't mate, pair siblings from the same hatch, would be better to find another source (breeder) and hopefully they will not be related to your birds you have now. Inbreeding can cause all kinds of problems.
