Quail chick having seizures ?!!! HELP

I have hatched two quail chicks... One had splayed legs so I am in the process of fixing her up but the other one has started to have some sort of fits. It's head rolls around and then it throws it's body about. It's only happened since I've moved them under a heat lamp. Could it be the light? Or maybe the temperature ? It looks in pain and it's been having this fit whenever it's awake. Really worried as If this one dies the other one will get stressed.

More info please! What breed of quail? What type of light are you using? What is the temp in the brooder? Age of chicks?

X2, we need more to go on. First thing you should do however is put a thermometer directly under the light and make sure the temp there isn't over 100 degrees. Gets up to 110-115 really easy under even a 90 watt bulb.
