Quail chick leg issues

Hi all! I'm new to the forum and have an issue I've never encountered before. I had my batch of Quail hatch last night and this morning, and I have one that hatched with it's leg actually backwards (the joint). Not splay leg, but a deformity. Is there any way I can help him?

It actually turned out to just be splay leg. Thought it was a deformity by the way it was bent but after the day in the cup hes up and running with the other ones!
