Quail chicks can't walk

Our quail are hatching (4 days late so I guess our temps were too low). 6 have hatched. Three fluffed up and look great. Three are laying on their sides and kicking and haven't fluffed up. They hatched over 12 hours ago. Is there any saving them? I'm leanjng towards culling but my son (whose project this is) wants to try and save them.

I had 3 hatch with assistance 6 days ago. 2 were lethargic for a very long time. I gave them a few drops of water from a syringe and put them in the brooder. They are fine. Good luck!

give them time and the benefit of the doubt. I had 63 hatch and two were splay legged, one was late. all three of the not-walkers are hoofing it pretty good atm
