Quail Chicks - how long can they stay in bator?

My rule of thumb is, no more the 12 hours and 18 is the very max if I'm not at home to remove them. I usually remove them as soon as they become dried and fluffy.

Yes, much different than chickens, much smaller! Don't have as much of a reserve in the yolk that's absorbed.
