You don't want to incubate the very first eggs anyways, so it's all good.

They’re often too small, or yolkless, or infertile, or double yolked, or just don’t have the right composition to make a healthy chick. Wait a week or probably two. There will be more than enough eggs to incubate before you know it.
@shrimpsilkies gave you a good answer. I would wait 3 weeks. As they continue to lay, they'll start laying bigger, more consistent eggs. Those are the ones you want to incubate, not the first small oddballs.
Are you giving them enough calcium?
What if it were fertile, with 1 yolk. should I just eat it and not incubate it??
They're fine for eating.
