ok...so i was wondering, in the spot under the coop where all the droppings fall, is there a way to kinda turn that into maybe a grub/worm farm?

i remember LONG time ago when i was a kid and had rabbits, the spot under the hutch always had grub in there and me and my dad would dig them up and use them for fishing

Don't know about a worm/grub farm, but makes an excellent fly farm. I've got folks getting mine for garden fertilizer. A little goes a long way.

x3 on the flies! I put mine in my own compost pile and wow does it heat it up nicely. No giving away perfectly good poo here!

You might be able to grow red wigglers in it. Add kitchen scraps and either chopped leaves, shredded paper or straw to the quail poop. Keep covering the green manure (the quail poop) with brown material in layers until you get a bit of a pile. Then go to the bait shop and get red wigglers. NOT night crawlers. You want red wigglers specifically. They will help make that compost in to rich soil.

Sure! Grubs are attracted to a spot like that. You need to add some green and brown matter to really get the process going. But not too much as it will just turn into one big compost that will stink things up. But again Yes. Red Wrigglers will love that spot as well.
