What do you use for candling your dark quail eggs?

We used an Incu-bright candler for are celedon and standard coturnix quail eggs. It was recommended by a breeder (MyShire Farms).

Give them a couple more days. Can you see anything when you candle?

One hatching tip that we always preach here is: NEVER trust your incubator's readings. Always put a calibrated thermometer or three inside the incubator.

I haven’t been able to see anything as eggs shells are to dark to see into

Sorry to hear that, I recently invested into this and so far it's been amazing. Pretty impressed, I could see what I needed with my phone but this makes it even cooler to do.
