], add an equal volume of white vinegar and sugar to taste, pour over the hard boiled eggs and refrigerate for 24-48 hours [depending on egg size]. Awesome - IF you like pickled beets. Fuchsia on the outside, pink white orange around the yellow yolk. Fantastic alone or cut for a beautiful garnish.
