Quail egga are not hatching ....

I am really worried as my quails have finished their due day which is day 16 but they have not hatched not any wiggling.
The quails egga were incubated along with my chicken eggs and on day 14 i have taken quails up out and put them in my home made incubator so that when they hatch the rise in humidity does not harm my unhatched chicken eggs.
I did see one egg wiggling in my home made incybator but he has stopped .
I am running low on patience as my chicken who are dues in 3 days they have already started to wiggle alot but the quails do not even wiggle on their due date.
Any suggestions

If the quail eggs you are referring to are Coturnix it is not unusual for them to take 17-18 days to hatch

No these are button quails and now i know why there is no movement as 3 eggs were shrink wraped . One chick died inside and the rest 2 i m helping to hatch
