OK - yesterday if I put my ear near the eggs I could hear scratching.
Today, I hear NOTHING (dead?) yet at one point I was scared half to death as an egg moved - yet
Hasn't moved again.

What the heck? Are they dead? Alive? Toying with me?

It is day 18... cortonix (sp) from ebay.

Oh and yes, I am new at this. 8 eggs.

Maybe you should put them in the bator and leave them alone .

Yeah, I'd just leave them be. If they're dead, there's not much you can do about it but if you mess with them too much you may kill them accidentally. I hope they're just playing tricks on you

Gabrielle - the incubator? They are - I haven't taken them out....

I know the odds are that only a small percent will but even ONE would be a great thing right now.
