Quail eggs lost?

Seems that the power went out and dropped from 100 to 86. It's first day of lock down for the quail eggs, any chance they'll survive?
 
I'd say, unless it was for a long period of time -like more than a few hours- then they are probably ok so long as they were doing well before it happened. I have had terrible fluctuation in temperature for the entire incubation period and still hatched quail. I was using a homemade incubator and temps were up and down, even sometimes as high as 104 and low as in the 80s. I lost some but still got a few. I bet yours will be fine... :)
