Quail eggs... put them in tray?

I hatched some bobwhites just a week or so ago. 2 of them were pipped 3 or 4 days early. One of these hatched the next day, while the others waited till day before hatch day to hatch. I had 4 eggs total and they all hatched, but it was very weird how they did it!!

Where do you purchase the small cardboard trays like that? All I can find online are the huge plastic ones.

Keep in mind that they can pip, and take up to 3 days to hatch... If you can easily swing a trip back home about half-way through your camping trip to check on them, I would... if they were chickens I'd say go, leave them, no worries. But quail need food/water sooner (~24 hours) than chickens. But it will be good to be gone. My best hatches are ones that I came home to after a trip.

I don't think I could go on a trip with eggs in the bator!! I would be a nervous wreck!

TAKE 'EM OUT OF THE TURNER AND PLACE THEM INTO THE PAPER CARTONS LARGE END UP AS ALWAYS AND YOUR HATCH WILL BE MUCH GREATER! MANY FOLKS ON HERE DID EXPERIMENTS THIS YEAR TRAYS VS LAYING ON SIDE AND THE DIFFERENCE WAS OVERWHELMING AND CLEAR WITH EVERYONE THAT TRIED IT--- USE THE TRAYS. THEY WILL BE FINE! ONCE THEY OPEN THE EGG THEY HOP RIGHT OUT. THEY WILL HOWEVER GET UP UNDER THE CARDBOARD TRAY, SO CAUTION IS WARRANTED.

When I went to bed last night, I had 13 pipped. This morning, nothing has changed. I'm starting to get a little panicked.

It's been nearly 24 hours for some of them. should I be worried?

I'm headed back to the river. Will return later tonight to check on them. It's going to be a long weekend.
