Quail eggs worth.

The title says it all I'm gonna start selling them.

I can't give them away. Occasionally I find smoebody that wants to pickel 5-6 dozen and I'm glad to get rid of them @ $1 dozen. People tell me the health food stores sell them @ $5 dozen but I can't find anybody that ever wants to buy any. Hopefully your area is a better market.

You didn't state where you live. I sell eggs for eating to local Vietnamese, mostly co-workers and their families. I have the occasional person that likes them for quail sushi (egg shooters) and I only sell the freshest eggs for that. I do feed my quail certified organic feed so I charge more than the local Asian markets. Quail eggs for consumption is a niche market and as long as I have enough for my family to eat too and maybe pay some of the feed bill I'm happy.
