Quail Eggs

My neighbor has been just adding the boiled eggs to the juice from pickled jalapenos, and swears they are the best and easiest way for quick "pickled" eggs. I think he only leaves them in there for 1-2 weeks too. I've been afraid to try pickeled quail eggs myself, for some reason...
I make deviled eggs out of mine, they are a huge hit at parties and family dinners :)

thanks guys copied the receipt Yorkshire coop. I am going to try deviled eggs hope I have the patients to peel a lot. lol.
Mine peel a lot easier than my fresh chicken eggs, and they only take 4 or 5 minutes to boil! But it takes so many to fill up a plate!

This lady has some tips that have made it easier to peel mine:

It isn’t down in the recipe, but in the main text she says to add baking soda to the cooking water beforehand, and the altered ph makes the shell let go of the white more easily.
And she has a little video showing her peeling technique as well.
Good luck!
