Quail eggs

Is it possible these are bluebird eggs which are sometimes pink and similar in size to quail, and they fell from a tree? I feel like you would have noticed eggs in the nest box if they were there long enough to develop but they must have come from somewhere. Maybe they fell, maybe they were knocked out, maybe stolen by a predator and dropped. It’s seems so strange haha. What a mystery.

I’m not to sure. I haven’t noticed any eggs fallen from trees. My neighbor has had birds go into her coop and steal eggs so it’s almost like a bird stole from somewhere else and put them in my coop haha!

Here's some pictures I found just from a Google search, that thing you got from the egg just seems like it doesn't have eyes or limbs in a way I'd expect, did it have a yolk? Im not sure if what ever is coming into your coop is a quail and/or if these bobwhites or Coturnix would develop differently than say a California quail, but idk it just doesn't seem right? But I'll be honest i didn't pay much attention to the embryo development back when I was in 4H :')

I didn’t see a yolk and when I did find it it looked like it had been cracked for some time. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if my chickens tried to eat part of it because they’re little dinosaurs. Looking at the photos I took the little embryo or whatever it is almost looked like it wasn’t developing properly and what looks like a spine was almost broken. I’m just weirded out by the whole situation lol!

I really don't feel like it's an embryo, do you have any birds that lay a light egg? Could it be a fairy/fart egg or some reproductive anomaly?
I do! I’ve had fairy eggs before but this wasn’t exactly that small of an egg. It could be some strange reproductive anomaly but the egg that I found today wasn’t as developed but it seemed to be growing in a similar shape. It could be something weird in this chickens reproductive track I’ve just never heard of a whole part coming out in an egg?

I don't know if it's literally a piece of reproductive tract I just meant like a byproduct, something weird it picked up along the way but i totally worded that weird, sorry! I hope someone who knows more about weird eggs can chime in! :D
