Quail don't do well with the medicated chick starter... just use the game bird starter.
You're welcome! I used to use a plastic lid with the flattened marbles in it, but if you have the small quail fonts, you can just ring it with marbles, and they'll be fine. I would suggest the rubbermaid tote to brood to start, just because it will block all drafts. After the first 1-2 weeks, then the guinea pig cage should be fine with a heat lamp in one corner.
I hope you get lots of little ones! The quail eggs do amazingly well when shipped, so I would expect that you're going to be up to your eyeballs in quail babies soon.
