Quail enclosure design - what do you have?

Hi all,
I was hoping to find out what sort of enclosures everyone keeps their quail in.
I wanted to enhance their enclosures as much as possible to make it interesting.
Currently I have them on sawdust shavings in a customized rabbit style run with attched chicken house (completely wasted as they dont use it) with a sandbath and 2 hidey houses for them in the run.
Does anyone use plants in their enclosures or have anything else their quailies enjoy using ?

My quail have loved having low-hanging grasses in their aviary—you could pot a muhly or a fescue to give them some natural cover. They also seem to enjoy having big stretches of dirt to dig and wallow in.

An easy form of plant life is the fake Christmas tree branches you can buy. You can tie some to the roof of the enclosure, hanging down, to make fake brush. Quail in the wild feel safe in brush.
I'd just use the chicken house as storage. Chicken houses are designed for birds that roost to sleep, which quail don't. They like to hunker under brush.
A big ol heap of straw in the corner to burrow into would also be great.
