Quail eye

One of my quails pecked the other in the eye. The eye isn’t opening but it’s oozing clear. What can I do? Other than the eye the quail is behaving normal.

I would rinse the eye with saline solution to make sure it's clean, but leave it alone otherwise.

I agree with @Nabiki , I would also separate it from the others, maybe by the "see no touch" method until it is better.
