Quail for eating?

I have Bobwhites and I've processed a few. I used a kitchen shears to take their heads off, then I went ahead and skinned them as opposed to plucking feathers - they're just so tiny and it was super-easy to skin them. I cut the wings off completely since there wasn't much meat on them. Gutting was pretty easy, even with them being small, I could still get my fingers in there and remove everything. They were good - tasted like chicken to me and the kids thought they were really cool since they were so tiny. Hope that helps!
