Quail-Friendly Garden

I'm thinking of giving my quail their own small garden to run around in. Are there any plants I should avoid using, or that wouldn't grow well, around my quail?

Avoid tomato plants (or anything in the nightshade family), onions, and garlic.

They will destroy just about anything you put in there, so you either want pots that you can rotate out as they devastate what you put in there, or resign yourself to the fact that not much will survive them.

It's a garden built around a chicken coop and I'm seriously considering doing something like this for my chicken. You may be able to adapt some of her ideas for a quail based setup.
