Is there anything I could give her for pain?

You def need to separate her, and give her somewhere warm and quiet to heal. Your aggressive hen will just keep beating her up with that open wound. They peck at red sores. Make sure you give her some bedding materials to nest with (shredded paper towel works in a pinch). Put an antibiotic cream on her head (one without the ‘pain free’ if you can, but anything you have on hand tonight - getting it on ASAP is important). I had a bird get some head feathers pulled and they grew back pretty quickly. We had one nasty girl in our flock who eventually came around and is sweet now. Your numbers are off though. If you can, get a few more females - it really helps! I hope that your girl feels better soon!

That's better than nothing. What you're trying to do is prevent infection. Don't cover the wound.

Ok, I don’t have anything other than salt water at the moment. But if that stuff didn’t say pain relief would it work?

I cleaned her head with salt water. But while I was doing that I found that the flap of skin that I’ve circled on the pic is loose and not connected to her head all the way
