Today is day 13 and not much has changed. All the eggs are doing good and I belive the one I mentioned yesterday is just developing faster and will hatch sooner. Other than that everything is going great.

Today is day 14 for the first batch and day 4 for the second batch. I candled the second batch of eggs and 16 out of 19 were fertile which is exceptionally good for shipped game bird eggs. The 1st batche i candled for the last time today and all of them have signs of movment and growth. Overall everything is going good and the 3rd batch of eggs will get here this week.

Today is day 15 for the 1st batch and day 5 for the second batch. Everything is going great! I candled all 16 eggs from the second batch to make sure I didn't miss any unfertile eggs, and all of them are growing exceptionally well all 16 are still good. I had one question though as the first batch will hatch in 8-10 days from now the second will be 10 days behind them and the third even further behind. Will the older chicks pick on the younger chicks? ( I have never had split hatches like this so I have never had chicks of different age) If so I have no problem with getting another brooder.

Hello! I made this thread for anyone who would want to follow along on this quail hatch. I received 12 gambels quail eggs today. I let them sit for 6 hours and they went into the incubaot an hour ago. This is day 1.

Yes that is correct. That humidity is really high though I use a 50-60 percent humidity during lockdown for gambel quail eggs.

I think is good for me. I live in Puerto Rico and is diferent the wether. In Puerto Rico is to hot, today is 94.

In quail gamble, red Tennessee and white jumbo quails.
