Quail Hatchdate Math

Hello!
Would someone please check my math?

I have a batch of Button Quail in the bator and since it's been a few years since i've last done a hatch, i am feeling a bit nervous

I put them in on 3/18/17 at 3:30pm. The bator was up to temp 99.5 at this time. It's a hova-bator with fan and egg turner. So this is day 0.

Day 13 will be 3/31/17. Should I lock down in the late afternnoon?

3 days later 4/3/17 will be hatch day?

Any advise/comments/corrections are welcomed.
