Quail Hatchery

Is there a hatchery that sells quail, but that doesn't have a limit of like 50? lol

I was thinking about persuading someone to allow me to have quail, but I am on the fence if I should.

I want to, but I have a feeling I wont be too lucky on getting them to say yes. Anyone know how to persuade them to say yes?

Should I first go with some hatching eggs or should I go with buying chicks?

eggs are best if you have an incubator that's decient

Birds are fine too but i reccomend NOT buying day olds.... get birds that are atleast 2 weeks old.

I just bought quail eggs from B&d GAME FARM SHOP they are do to hatch in 3 days.I bought 100 eggs however they sell as little as 12 egg quanity. Here is the BAD news shipping was $25.00 for the 100 eggs which were $25.00 also. Hopeful your shipping will be alot less. they are found on the web & located in ok.
12 eggs are priced at 4.20 for pharoah they have a few other breeds to bob whites tenn reds & buttons

Eggs, and to try something different. Oh and they are extremely cute!

I will look at some local ads to see if anyone have older birds or hatching eggs.

Reasons to get them:::


inexpensive to feed and house....are mature in 6-8 weeks, hatch in 18 days, quail meat tastes great as do their eggs!
