Do you mean the toes are curled under its feet? If so you can tape them straight on a piece of cardboard cut to the shape of the feet. In 24 hours they'll be right as rain.

Will the problem resolve istself? Should I wait until morning (10PM here) before doing it to see if it’s just from a cramped hatch?

Yes, sometimes they come right by themselves. Curled toes are reasonably common - can't remember what's supposed to cause it.

Probably high humidity (i believe mine is high).

5/14 chicks have hatched (more pipping). 2 chicks drowned in my BABY QUAIL waterers. I am very disappointed.

I always put in marbles - I've had a Button chick drown in 3mm of water! Don't beat yourself up (as difficult as that is). It's all part of the learning curve.
