    Hi There

My Jumbo Coturnix are due to hatch tomarrow day 18 but I didnt realise I should have stopped turing three days beforehand so have only stoopped now. Does anyone know how this affects them or are they likely to be dead?

    Thanks

I once had a bobwhite quail hatch 12 hours after stopping egg turning. She was an early hatcher. She wasn't the healthiest bird the first year, but she is still alive and well at 2 years old. (I don't know if the turning had anything to do with her health or not.) Yours might be ok. You will see soon enough! [IMG]

It won't bother them. I've forgotten to take them off the turner quite a few times. The only ones that didn't make it were the ones that got their heads stuck between the turner racks [IMG]
