Quail: if I give them hard boiled egg do I also need to provide grit?

I know that the starter crumbles they are on are complete and they don't need grit. But, I want to make sure they have enough protein by offering them cooked egg too. I'm new to this and don't know if I need to provide grit too.

My chicks are only 36 hours old, I just want to be prepared.

It's not necessary with boiled egg only for foods that need to be ground.
