Quail ill please look and comment

So, the quail is totally normal besides this swelling. No discharge, eating and drinking as before. Maybe breathing through their mouths a bit.
We have them separated and no other signs of outbreak in the remaining quail. How long would we need to wait to see if the others will be sick?
Apparently MG is not curable, but only treatable with antibiotics and then they carry it.
Im open to suggestions...
