I may be overreacting, but I’ve noticed one of my adult quails has been acting a little funny. She’s been eating and drinking and such. She hides in the shade and/or in little dirt pits, but she always looks a little puffed up and like her wing is hurt. I’m not 100% sure and I don’t know if this photo will help, but I just wanna be sure she’s ok. She’s about 10 weeks old. Hasn’t started laying yet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Again, maybe it’s nothing. She just seemed to be holding it a little funny

It may have injured it but not to a point it's disabling. Just keep an eye on her. I've had more than a few that have injured their wing and have been ok for the rest of their lives. It just sorta hangs down a bit.

Ok so this morning I came out and found her like this.... she’s alive, but she’s flopping around and can’t walk or anything.... it all happened so suddenly. Last night she was totally fine.

That's really strange....I don't know what to say or what may be the problem!

My only guess is that she hit her head on something and has some kind of nerve damage... I had another quail that was injured by a cat before I doubled down on the wiring and she acted similarly and her neck was a bit displaced. I’m wondering if this one flew up and hit her neck or something because it was so random.

That looks like she flushed and broke her neck. She may have done so before but not as hard, which would explain why she seemed injured. How high is the roof of your pen? It should be either too low for them to get up enough speed to harm themselves when they flush or high enough that they don't hit the roof.
