I just got 5 male and 25 female cortinix and wondering when they will lay in this new environment of mine? What’s the general time for a move?

It depends on what kind of stress they have. If they are completely happy in their new environment, are getting 14-16 hours of light/day, and they're over 6-8 weeks old, they should start laying in about 1-2 weeks. It will take longer if there are other stresses in their environment.

Common causes of stress:
Over crowding
Too many roos
Predators
Not enough places to hide
Inappropriate feed
