Quail Limping, Swollen Joint

Found one of my hens limping today and when I checked her, I found she had a severely swollen leg joint. Anybody have this happen before? Looking for advice on what to do.

It looks like an infection of some sort. One of the most common would be a staph infection from a small cut.

Is a vet an option? They would be able to prescribe an antibiotic for her?
