Quail..liscenses

Does anyone know if there is a type of quail you dont need a liscense for in wisconsin?

i wouldnt think you would need one for button or coturnix.but you should just contact your local game warden or the dnr and find out.....

I found this:

It says you need a license if you're going to raise them to release, or if you're going to hunt them. It doesn't says anything about raising them for personal use.
