I agree that you don't have enough females. You might be able to get away with as few as three hens per male, but five is better.

I had randomly decided to hatch Quails and Ducks one day and I did do research but there's some stuff I'm not fully aware of and I'm not sure how I'd be able to have more

The other option is to cull or rehome the extra males. How much space do they have? Do they have plenty of hiding places? Give more space and more hiding places may help if you don't have any other options.

I get the same issue but the bump has gotten big

What do your cages look like? Can you take a picture of each one?
