Where could i build a nesting box? At the end, there is a gap, which we have not filled yet. ( That's what the wire is for. )
but any ideas of where i could put her nesting box? She's about 4-5 weeks old, so she is gonna be laying real soon.

Right now we have 2 baby chickens in there, and they get along really well. Will they still lay if the chickens are in there?
I wouldn't keep quail and chickens together. The size difference alone makes it possible for accidental injuries or deaths and sometimes the chickens will actively go after the quail.

Yes, i plan on taking the chickens out, but they are to little to roam the yard, so they are with the quail for now. They get along well. The chickens have never attacked them, only our big hen, but that was when she accidentally got into their cage.

I have a couple of these "cat condos". Removed the floor, and don't usually open the ramp. They can walk right from under any side. I put straw in there, and that's where I find some of the eggs. The top lifts-up for access.

They like it and it's convenient.

Could I add it to this?
It is just a big space, And i'm trying to find something I could add to it.
