Quail not eating at all

3 days is a long time to go without food for a bird. They have very high metabolisms. It does depend on whether or not she's drinking as well as how much she had in fat reserves. I would guess 3 days to a week, but I don't have any experience with how long it take for a quail to starve.

I agree with @Nabiki , I would suspect maybe a week before they become too weak to even be mobile....like Nabiki, I have no experience with starving quail.

Unfortunately it wasn’t in her feces, I tried to offer her some mealworms, she seemed interested but didn’t eat any.
She’s a bit fluffed up but not too much. Her eyes are clear as usual, no runny nose, sneezing or mucus. I don’t see anything unusual.
Well, that kind rules out UE! If she has yellowish with white urates and it's a runny/watery feces than I would suspect UE. The fact that she is still alive is also a reason to exclude UE. If it was UE, it only takes 24 to 36 hours for the bird to expire! Highly contagious and can speard like a 'wildfire'!

Thank you for your replies everyone! She’s doing good now! She bounces around and bathes in towels like she did before :)
