Quail not mating

I count from day 1 ....

In your setup leave the eggs the first 3 days unturned.
From day 4 turn them at least 4 times a day, every 6 hours (better 6 times - every 4 hours) at 180° angle.
On day 15 stopp turning and raise the humidity to 65-75% (lock-down)

Good luck :fl ... und keep us updated!

And a dimmer ais attached to the light in case temperature becomes high. I can control the temperature.

I have put a piece of cardboard under the eggs that comes out of the box. When i slide the cardboard piece, the eggs roll and in this way i can turn the eggs.

This paper below represents cardboard . Its just illustration of what i made. The lower end was out of the incubator so when you pull it out the eggs roll in their place due to friction. Then to roll the eggs again you pish it in the bator. I hope you understand what i say.
Unfortunately it didn't work for me. So i took it out. And decided to turn them with hands.

I understand yet. But my next would have been "does it work?" 😉 ... but you already answered it.

A tip: mark one side of the eggs with a cross, the other with cycle.
So you a. know that the eggs are turned 180° and b. you know all eggs are turned.

I started this thread to ask what is problem with my quails not mating. Then i discovered an egg with a baby formed in it and now i am incubating the eggs. Such a crazy progress !!!
Now if even a quarter of the eggs hatch, i will be happy with that.
But i have still not seen the quails mating..
Now i pray that may the eggs be fertile.!
