quail now hatching few questions

My first quail did hatch several others have piped threw my question in what is time to keep chick in incubator before it needs water. On my brooder temp at about 95 what should humidity be I'm going with open top brooder should thay be good? I can post a pic but not from my phone cause it won't work for me.

Edit also some have been piped threw for a while and some have piped threw and not broken small membrane the first one seemed to have a real rough time getting out of she'll was bleeding tiny bit can anyone advise on this?

I've heard they can go without food and water for 2 days, though I haven't left them that long. I have had a couple of chicks struggle to get out because they pipped low or missed a spot when zipping, so I've let them struggle for 24-36 hours before helping them. I do try to help them as little as possible so that they still have to fight to get out as they need the exertion to strengthen. Generally it's best to only open the incubator every 8-12 hours, though some will let the whole batch hatch before taking them out.

I'm not certain what advice you're looking for, but I'd leave them for 24 hours and, if there's a reason they can't get out, beyond weakness, that's when I'd help out. When I do help, it's to break a piece of membrane that's stopping them or gently open the shell a bit. It's important to make them hatch.

Thanks again now 3 have hatched 1 is in brooder 2 are in incubator I left first chick for about 6 hours before getting out

I leave for 24 hours after the first ones and by then most have already hatched. Maybe a few stragglers, but have found the stragglers aren't always as healthy.

Ok I've been moving over 2 brooder after a couple hours when they dry I bump incubator humidity theb open and take out I have 3 in brooder 1 more zipping now.
