Quail on worm bins

An old post resurfaced a couple days ago, Smell-Free Quail Coop, by AniaOnion. In it she described her quail setup being on dirt with worms, etc. Is there anyone else here with a setup like this? I am fascinated and thinking this is something I would really like to try. If you've tried this or are currently using this, please let me know everything you can about it. I already use deep litter, but have been looking to set up a worm bin, so this sounds like much fun! Thank you!

I have my quail on pine shavings but am looking at setting up a worm bin as well. Everything I've read before says quail waste is too hot and will burn the worms. But with other things in the worm bin like pine shavings and food waste, would it be dilute enough? But I saw the post you're referring to as well and am now reconsidering this as a compost option. Would love to hear if anyone else has had success with worms.
