I aquired this little thing yesterday, my neighbour found it running up our back lane being chased by a cat! And as I already have 3 hens, she thought i might be able to look after it.
I wasnt exactly sure what it was, but a friend thought it was a quail, then a neighbour said it definatley wasnt. So we had a quick browse on the net and think it could possibily be a 'Chukar'.
If anyone can tell me exactly what it is, that would be great, and also if it would need any different care to my hens.
Oh, and where it might have come from, ie; is it wild or and aviary bird?
