Me and my sister incubated 8 quail eggs two of them hatched they were males they were over 6 weeks old when one of them died so my friend got me 2 female quails at 3 weeks old now they are 6 weeks old should I put them with the male

Wait until the girls are 6 weeks old. If you put them in now the male will force them to mate and quite likely injure or even kill them.

Edit: I see that they are 6 weeks old now. I read that they were still 3 weeks old. 2 hens really isn't enough for a coturnix male. He should have 3-5 hens.

The females are already 6 weeks

You can try putting them together if you want to, but as @Nabiki said, you may need to get more females. I have some males who do fine with only one or two females though.

as long as you have about 1.5m per quail i think 2 hens per roo is okay but it is better to stick with at least 3
