Quail red lump

I've been hatching quail for a couple years,and have had some starting to hatch today but one of em have a red veiny lump on it's bottom.don't know what it is as it's never happened before doesn't look like a egg sack.

They went in the incubator on the 18th mar they hatch like they are supposed to,and I allways get my eggs from the same place.it looks like whatever it is is drying and looks like it might fall off (it's probably me just worrying)

It might be unabsorbed yolk, though that is usually more of an orange colour. If the chick is acting healthy, I'd watch and see. If it's suffering, then you may consider culling.
