She has a vent prolapse. Prolapses occur from straining, and sometimes from a stuck egg. Does it look or feel like she has an egg in there? Make sure that he reddish pink tissue that normally is inside, stays moist with oil so that it does not dry out which can cause the tissue to die. Honey or Preparation H can be good to apply to help the swelling go down. Try pushing the prolapse back inside unless there is an egg in there. Make sure that her vent opening is visible, and that she can poop over the next few hours. Give her some water and a little chip of a Tums or calcium tablet, which could help if she is egg bound.

I am not a quail expert, so it would be good to also post on the quail forum. Welcome to BYC.

Thank you for the help! I don't understand what is the reason of this, it's happening more often... Usually she stay like that for a day or some hours, and the follow day she goes back fine.

So she does this almost daily? Can you tell if she is pooping normally, or could she be constipated? Has she laid any eggs, or is she old enough? What do you feed them? Do quail people give extra calcium or crushed oyster shell to help with egg shells? Low calcium, being too hot, or dehydration can lead to egg binding and prolapse. I once had a couple of hens (chickens) who had loose vents, and would prolapse when they strained or right after laying an egg. Theirs when back in on their own. Are you raising them as pets, for meat, or for eggs? I probably would not breed her, since she may be prone to this. Here are 2 good articles to read:

No, she don't be like that daily, like some times one time in two/three months, some times 2/3 times in one month. Not more of this. So, usually she poop normally (depending on what did she eat or how much she drank). When it's hot she lay eggs normally, when she is "sick" like that, with the prolapse, she don't lay any egg for that day. Usually i give her wheat and corn seeds minced, sometimes a little some tomatoes (for reward when she does something good, because she loves it) and some lettuce. Oh and she love go to hunt ants and insects. I don't give her calcium because her eggs have a very hard shell! I raise her as a pet, I have only this quail. Had a chicken once. Yesterday she had the prolapse, today she was perfectly well, fine and very active.
Anyway thank you very much for all your support and help! Very useful to me!

Fixed: forgot to tell that she is 2 years old.
